Recruiting Application Suggestion

Hey Guys,

I just thought that with the recruitment team if you just put in an application Wes either accepts or denies you with no tests or anything ...

Well that's why I thought that when you put in an recruit application you
should have a set time limit (about 7 days) to post in 3-4 call of duty
forums and post the links in a reply ... For example:

Thank you for your interest in trying out for the recruitment team ... Your
trial period starts now !! You have 7 days to post in a few different
forums and to post a link to the posts in a reply down below !!

I think then you would get real recruiters .. not just people who want
the title of recruiter and a sure way to get a few more members from
some forums !!!

Yeah well as a Mod can I join the Recruitment team? I have experience with forums, and especially the MW3 official forum I had a small clan I recruited like 10 people. Though I am not exactly sure how many other sites are out there that would draw in a crowd for are clan.

Ya of course you can go and recruit people even if you aren't on the recruitment team! That's just their role for the clan is to get the name out there on various sites not just forums.

Yeah true I guess lol. Actually I think I would rather be part of the event team I have actual experience setting up Tournys for various games and a decent knowledge of the MLG rules now.

But might I add I think it is time that we should start being a little more strict with members because I am getting a lot of people adding me and it's gonna become chaos.
